We create unique designs adapted to the place and customer's needs. Over several stages, we work on iterations that are adapted to the client's budget and objectives.

2nd stage

Pre-construction

We carry out detailed budget and engineering analyses, optimizing costs through value engineering. We guarantee a solid and risk-free budget before starting the work.

3rd stage

Construction

We execute the project with meticulous change control to avoid delays and cost overruns. We offer one year of post-delivery support to ensure final quality.

4th stage

Start-up and support

We guarantee that all systems and components of a building are designed, installed, tested, operated and maintained in accordance with the operational requirements of the owner or end customer.
